Raymond Keith Stiltner, 60, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on December 13, 2025. He was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Keith took pride in his work and loved working with the many colleagues he came to know during his two decades with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), culminating as the Regional Operations Manager. He was a devoted member of Hamilton Life Church for eighteen years, and his church family was as close to him as his own. Keith was also a proud member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).

Keith is survived by his sons: Joshua Stiltner of San Diego, CA; Seth Stiltner (Chelsea) of Lebanon, TN with grandchildren Carlie (11), Rosalie (10), Nathanael (8), Elena (8), and Everly (5); and Jonah Stiltner (Lyndsey) of Fort Riley, KS with granddaughter Maia (9).
